Ginika's Murderer Held By The Police

Some of us may have heard the incidence between Jacinta Ewa Omiko and Ginika Gabriel on 28th Jan, 2017 at Afikpo, Ebonyi State. N'eziokwu, nka a riri m onu.

We can report officially that the Police have arrested the heartless Jacinta who brought to an abrupt end, her pregnant neighbour's life, Ginikachukwu Gabriel, for such an insubstantial brawl.

Nwafor In Trouble!!

Just yesterday, the Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) arrested our brother, Nwafor Samson from Awka, Anambra, while he was trying to travel with 1.699kg of Cocaine to Dubai.

The father of five children was arrested in Abuja during the final onward screening before boarding a Ethiopian Airline and was forced to excrete about 73 wraps of the cocaine.

A Pastor Arraigned in Court For Show of Shame

Jones Nwaeze, 56, resident at Oba Akinjobi Road, Ikeja, was on Friday arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates’ court presided by Magistrate Y.O. Ekogbule in Lagos for allegedly chasing worshippers with sticks and threatening to burn down his church; a breach of peace and assault.

The prosecutor, Clement Okuoimose, accused Jones a Pastor committing the offences on February 12 at No. 95, Tina St., Ojodu, Lagos by invading church during Saturday morning prayers, disrupting the service and assaulting some of the worshipers.

A Little Boy Killed in A Bomb Blast in Turkey

According to Anadolu, Turkish state-run news agency a 3-year-old boy died and at least 15 other people were wounded when a car bomb exploded on Friday, February 17, 2017 in south-astern Turkry. Sanliurfa Gov.

As narrated ny Gungor Azim Tuna, a person between the ages of18 and 20 years parked his car near a housing complex in Viransehir for members of the judicial system and detonated the bomb with a remote device.

The dead boy was the son of a court clerk while the injured suffered minor wounds.

Umuahia Elder Burns Himself In A Hotel

 

An Umuahia elderly man has set himself ablaze (ogbara onweya oku) in Boundary Plaza Hotel, resident at Nyanya, a satellite town of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT);  a hotel he rented and stayed in for 5 years.

The unfortunate incidence which occurred in the early hours of Thursday, also saw the entire hotel completely raid by fire, even as the deceased, Dr. Isaac Ojukwu, was equally burnt beyond recognition.

Two Yet-to-be-Identified Dead Hunters Found Dead In The Forest In Imo State

Two unidentified bodies supposedly hunters were yesterday found lying dead in a dreaded at Ogbaku Community, in Imo State (nka bu aru)

According to eyewitnesses, "The corpses of the hunters which were evacuated by the officers of the Nigeria police force were suspected to have been killed by unknown assilants.

Adding that "the hunters whose identities are yet to be identified had gone for hunting on Tuesday but were found dead in the bush when they couldn't return after two days."

Anybody Caught Registering SIM Cards In Undesignated Places Will Pay N5million Fine

Federal Government has banned registration of sim cards in open places other than designated areas.

The ban was issued by the National Communications Commission through its Head of Enforcement Unit, Salisu Abdu who made the disclosure while speaking with journalists following the arrest of three defaulters.

A Young Okadaman Killed By Brother

The life of a youngman has been cut off by a hoodlum in the local area of Umuogbuagu, Enugu Ezike of Enugu State. 

Sunday Eze,40, met death quite untimely as he was plying his trade as a commercial motorcycle rider, Okadaman.

He was said to be conveying one Michael Gabriel, a brother (an indigene of same community), when the later allegedly hit him on the head with an iron and ran away, leaving  him unconscious at the scene.

Good Samaritans helped Sunday to St. Marys Hospital within same axis. Unfortunately, he was confirmed dead hours after.
