Hon Mark Okoye And His Team Sent To China To Procure Agricultural Equipment For Farmers In Anambra State
Anambra state government may really have be working hard to ensure its Agricultural sector is revamped to international standard.
Hon Mark Okoye, the Honourable Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget Development of the state shared a picture of him and his team in China on a business deal, navigating through the city to find "small-medium scale processing equipment" to enhance Agricultural productivity and assist farmers back in the state.
According to him, "the objective is to achieve increased efficiency and productivity."
He wrote: "the 121st China Import Export (CANTON) Fair was a real eye opener. 250,000+ guests from 213 countries assembled in Guangzhou, China for 15 days!
"We were on the look out for small-medium scale processing equipment to assist our farmers in Anambra. The objective is to achieve increased efficiency and productivity. I particularly liked the drone sprayer which could be used to apply fertilizer and pesticides on large farmlands.
