It Was a Miracle to Win The N5.5billion Case Against Union Bank : Fr. Mbaka

Fr. EjikeMbaKa of the adoration Minitry has expressed his joy in winning N5.5billion case against Union Bank in suit E/56/10, tagging it both miraculous and divine.

The verdict which was given by Hon Justice A.R. Ozoemena of the Enugu State High Court on thursday, 7th, February, dismissed the claim of Union Bank as fraudulent but rather, upheld the counter-claim of Father Ejike Mbaka.

A Young Okadaman Killed By Brother

The life of a youngman has been cut off by a hoodlum in the local area of Umuogbuagu, Enugu Ezike of Enugu State. 

Sunday Eze,40, met death quite untimely as he was plying his trade as a commercial motorcycle rider, Okadaman.

He was said to be conveying one Michael Gabriel, a brother (an indigene of same community), when the later allegedly hit him on the head with an iron and ran away, leaving  him unconscious at the scene.

Good Samaritans helped Sunday to St. Marys Hospital within same axis. Unfortunately, he was confirmed dead hours after.

17 IPOB Members Declared Missing

The Independent People of Biafra, IPOB, have, yesterday issued a statement that seventeen (17) of its members are reportedly missing after the military clampeddown on them as they were peacefully holding their meeting in Asaba, Delta State.

The whwereabout of the memebrs remains unknown according to them, as search uped to find them.

The military are yet to give their report on the allegation though.

Public Display of Recovered Loot in Rivers State: A Case Study of The Nigeria Police and Their Political Game

A week ago, the media was awash with rather comic exercise of the Nigerian Police where it publicly displayed funds allegedly recovered from officials as proceeds of bribe from Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike. This spurred mixed reactions as expected though, the Police were quick to stage a public-media court, award themselves both prosecutors and witnesses, leaving the defendant "in the other room" to be raped by strokes of bashing and condemnation from the public who gave the judgement.

Anambra State Government To Flag-off Four Major Roads

The Anambra State Government is set to flag-off four new roads in the state.

The roads which cut across Awada, Onitsha Osumenyi, Urum, Nsugbe Streets and a link road to St James Church in Nsugbe.

Details of the project has not yet been made public but hopes are high the State Government will gear-up efforts to see to their completion this year.
